Calendar Puzzle — a new puzzle every day

What is the Calendar Puzzle?

The Calendar Puzzle (also known as the daily calendar puzzle) is a wooden-style logic puzzle with 10 pieces — three tetrominoes and seven pentominoes. The board shows all 12 months, 31 days and 7 weekdays: 50 squares in total. The 10 pieces cover exactly 47 squares, which means every day exactly one month, one date and one weekday remain uncovered — and because the pieces cover the rest, there is at least one solution for every single day of the year.

Each morning a new puzzle awaits: today's date. Some days solve themselves in two minutes, others will have you rotating that stubborn S-piece past midnight. Compare your time on the daily leaderboard, then come back tomorrow.

How to play

1. Pick a piece from the tray and click a square to place it (its top-left corner lands on the square you click).
2. Rotate with the button or the R key — flips are included.
3. Click a placed piece to pick it back up.
4. Cover everything except today's month, day and weekday. The timer stops the moment you solve it.
